- Or the old way of having to run to the post office to ensure your entry is post marked on the first day that entries open.
- No Worries to rush to your computer or the post office. You have 3 days to enter here ONLINE and your entry is considered to be entered on the very 1st minute that entries opened.
- HOWEVER; No entries accepted without signed waiver/release form.

o 2 Dogs per Handler per class Please.

o 3rd Dogs in a class (room permitting) must be on separate Entry Form and separate payment.

o We will accept `day of` entries if space permits at the trial. Call Diane Davis 662-801-8882 if it is after the close date and you plan on entering the trail the day of!

Non-Compete runs
o Will be accepted if room permits.
o Will be run at the end of the day.
o MUST BE entered on a separate entry form from your 'Compete' runs AND paid separately also.

o Running Order and Wait List will be available after the Trial Close Date.

o Field assignments may change.

(and your past trialing history!).

Please ensure your email is correct so you get your receipt and Trial info updates from Event Hosts which may include
- When you enter an event (entry receipt).
- When payment is received by event host (payment receipt).
- When approved into the trial.
- When placed on the wait list.
- When moved from wait list to approved.
- When the Running Order is available.
- When the Scores are available.
- When important event updates become available.

2024 Mississippi State Fair Stock Dog Trial Waiver and Release
Waiver & Release: I understand that herding is a strenuous sport and a potentially hazardous activity, and I state that my animals and I are in proper physical condition for this event. I also accept any and all other risks associated with the event including, but not limited to falls, contact with livestock, the effects of the weather and any other potentially hazardous conditions associated with the event site. Knowing these facts, and in consideration of accepting my entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns or anyone else who might try to claim on my behalf, covenant not to sue, and waive, release and discharge all hosts and sponsors, including, but not limited to anyone acting for or on its behalf from any and all claims of liability, death, personal injury or property damage of any kind or nature arising out of or in the course of my participation in this event. This release and waiver extends to all claims of every kind or nature, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown. Also I certify with my signature below that I will not travel to, or participate in, the trial if I have, or haven been exposed to Covid-19 within 14 days of the trial. All monies will be refunded with proof of a pre-trial positive Covid-19 test. Minors’ applications will be accepted only with a parent’s signature

Handlers shall assume financial responsibility for any injury to livestock. Financial responsibility shall not exceed the value of the sheep/cattle. Value determined by owner.
