will hold harmless www.DogTrialEntry.com, The Sand Rock Ranch Fall Classic SDT Event, it`s owners, trial organizers, and/or
workers. RELEASE & STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY I hereby release and discharge the Texas Sheep Dog Association,
Inc., (`TSDA`), the owners of the property (`Trial Site Owners`) where the above named trial (`Trial`) will be held (the `Trial
Site`), all persons involved in arranging for and hosting the Trial (`Trial Hosts`) together with all of the directors, officers,
volunteers, employees, contractors, and agents of TSDA, of the Trial Site Owners, and of the Trial Hosts (collectively the
`Released Parties`) from any and all liability, claims, losses, demands, damages, suits and causes of action which I may have that
result from, are caused by, pertain to, or arise out of (i) my or the named dog(s) (hereinafter `My Dog(s),` whether owned by me
or not) participation in this Trial, (ii) my service as a volunteer at this Trial, or (iii) camping at the Trial Site, including but not
limited to those caused by, arising out of or relating to the condition of the land (surface and subsurface) or any hazards thereon,
any accident, theft, injury, or loss involving myself, My Dog(s) or any personal property that I own or may have borrowed;
whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or not. I accept full responsibility for my, and My Dog(s), safety and
actions; and acknowledge and assume the inherent risk of injury to myself or to My Dog(s), associated by my participation and
My Dog(s) participation in this Trial, or by camping on the Trial Site including but not limited to risk of dog fight, dog bite or
collision between any of the following: myself, a dog, livestock, or with a fixed or movable object.
