General Cancellation/Refund Policy

Always check with the Trial Event Host to understand their specific Cancellation Policy


Typically there will be NO REFUNDS after the events' "Closing Date". You will find the Closing date on the 'Event Information' Page after selecting the specific event.

o Refunds for an event may be applicable under the following circumstances.

1) When an entry is pulled out (withdrawn/cancelled) before the event closing date. If payment was via check, typically the check will destroyed. If paying by paypal, popmoney, etc. typically your entry fee will be refunded, but not fees from paypal, popmoney, etc., that you may have paid to them.

2) When an entry is pulled out (withdrawn/cancelled) AFTER the event closing date, but before the event start date, and if your entry slot(s) can be replaced from the wait list, you will typically be entitled to a refund which will be paid directly to you. However, fees from paypal, popmoney, etc., that you may have paid for those services, are not eligible for a refund.

3) Check directly with the event host if extenuating circumstances exist.

Specific Trial Information
o 3rd Dogs in a class (room permitting) must be on separate Entry Form and separate payment.
(Enter your 1st & 2nd dogs, CLICK PROCESS ENTRIES, then come back and enter your 3rd dogs, thanks.)
o Non-Compete Runs will be accepted.
o Running Order will be available after the Trial closes.
o Time permitting, on Saturday immediately following Novice1, we will run Novice2 and Ranch2.
o The lower classes will be held in the small field that borders S. Graham Street, near the farmhouse.
o No concessions, however, there is a café’ within 1 mile of the trial site that will be open Saturday from 6:30 til 2:00 and on Sunday from 11:30 til 2:00.
o Watch for additional trial highlights and updates on the Show Me Stock Dog League (SMSDL) FB Page.

Receipt of Payment is required within 7 days of electronic entry.

Directions:
o GPS mapping finds the fields at the Event Location address above.

o Access to the Open Field will be at the end of W. Kelley Ave. as you are traveling south on S. Graham, you will turn right on W. Kelley Ave into the double gates. A cone will be at the turn.

Parking:
o Free Parking is available No Hook ups.
o When driving through the barnyard please go slow and watch for the animals, this is a working farm, we have at least one (probably more) of every species imaginable.
o Please do not drive on the sod/grass near the new house.

o USBCHA Sanctioned Open & Nursery
o Show Me Stock Dog League All applicable classes
